Other slain car dealer’s father mulls libel vs TV journalist, station

MANILA, Philippines — (UPDATE) Arsenio Evangelista, father of slain car dealer Venson Evangelista, plans to follow the lead of lawyer Oliver Lozano in filing libel charges against TV5's Erwin Tulfo and the station’s management.

In an interview with the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Arsenio Evangelista vehemently denied a Tulfo report that his son may have had links to alleged car theft syndicate leader Raymond Dominguez prior to his death.
